When we live in the present moment, still expecting great things, life happens! I have been developing a project for Junganew: A Herd of Sounds, for the past 5 years. Initially, this project began as a book. I remained on task, enjoying each moment as it unfolded. I made lots of plans for book signings and the such. But, life had other plans for me. I was fortunate enough to attend a meeting at the Children’s Media Association where I was looking forward to meeting with people from Sesame Street who were speaking on the panel. My “plans” were to pitch my idea for a book to them. But, life altered this course to something even better. The founder and CEO of the production company Happy Medium found my ideas interesting and suggested I create an app instead. It was even better than I planned. For the past year, I have been creating an app for sound acquisition, utilizing the skills and experiences I have had throughout my years. I am so excited to present this to the world!
